Downtime
I was diagnosed with UC about 25 years ago. It has been a determiner of many instances & has forced downtime in my life. The place where I dwell becomes more impactful & the days I can be healthy have greater meaning. There is something to be said about the stomach & appetite, and the figure wears a green hooded sweatshirt like the one I was known for.
